Users can delete and add subfolders to these folders as well as create new folders at the first level which are managed under the Custom Folders root directory. Additionally, users can download all documents inside the folder with one click. Cogent search as well as column sorting and filtering features ensure that teams can quickly organize data and find the desired information.
Ease and securely share documents
Ensure that the right people have access to the right information with extensive permission tools at the folder, sub-folder, and document levels. With the Revit integration, users can link PDFs in the Revit model from the Enginero Document management
Collaborate and communicate with Project Team
Review, assign and approve documents during the project lifecycle as part of the approval workflow. Enginero provides users the collaborative options, such as customizing Document types based on their preferences, to help organize documents and maintain standardization. Customizable workflow
Enginero Workflow is a set of statuses and transitions through which the document passes during its lifecycle, naturally representing the process within the project. Workflow can be associated with any project as it is the default state when creating a project. Users can customize each status and transition of the workflow according to their requirements. Additionally, they can duplicate, delete, and create workflows and statuses with appropriate options, such as assigning owners to statuses.
Seamless Integration with BIM 360 Document
Enginero provides a source for accessing BIM 360 Document. This enables the people who manage documents in BIM 360 on Enginero and reduces the time consumption for uploading and organizing BIM 360 documents and tracking those documents throughout the project lifecycle. Authorization to BIM 360 Document can be carried out by project admins and their higher-level admins based on the selected BIM 360 Project with desired folders.
Upload and manage documents
Seamlessly upload folders and documents through drag & drop directly from the computer, or use Browse to upload them from desired location path.
